These terms govern the use of this website and the advertisement booking services provided by Onward Advertising.
Our role
We are an accredited advertising agency. We book advertisement space in newspapers and other media on your behalf. We are not the publisher, and the publisher retains final editorial discretion over what appears in its pages.
Quotations and rates
Rates shown anywhere on this website are indicative. Newspaper rate cards change periodically and vary by edition, category, date and advertisement size. The rate confirmed in your written quotation is the applicable rate for that booking.
A quotation is valid for the date and edition stated in it. Rates may differ if the publication date changes.
Advertisement matter and approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of the advertisement matter you supply, including names, dates, contact numbers and document numbers. We provide a proof for your approval before publication. Once you approve the proof and the advertisement is published, errors within the approved matter cannot be corrected without booking a fresh advertisement at the applicable rate.
You confirm that the matter you supply is lawful, is not misleading, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Publisher discretion
Newspapers may decline, edit or reposition an advertisement at their discretion, and may alter the publication date owing to space or operational constraints. Where a publisher declines an advertisement, we will inform you and refund amounts paid for the unpublished insertion.
Payment
Payment is required before publication. A GST invoice is issued for every booking.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is possible until the newspaper's booking deadline for the relevant edition, after which the space is committed and the amount is non-refundable. Where an advertisement fails to appear on the confirmed date because of an error on our part or the publisher's, we will arrange republication at the earliest available date or refund the amount paid for that insertion.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of response, loss of opportunity, or any consequence arising from the content of an advertisement you approved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
